LinkingAgents was formed to establish an exceptional agent network to help homebuyers and sellers with their home transaction journey. By learning more about a buyer or seller’s needs, LinkingAgents connects customers to qualified local agents that fit their unique criteria.

 

THE PURPOSE

Our network only works with agents that meet specific requirements:

• Our agents must have a minimum of 3 years of full-time real estate experience and have closed 25 transactions in the last 12 months.
• We thoroughly screen agents to ensure they have the skills and local knowledge for your needs.
• Agents in our network must have a proven track record of customer success necessary to make your home buying or selling experience go smoothly.

 

THE OUTCOME

When you are matched up with one of our agents, you are choosing to work with an experienced professional that can assist you throughout your journey.

If you are buying a home: Your agent will be able to recommend how much to offer to begin the negotiation, what concessions you should make/request, and when to give in or push back. Without a knowledgeable agent by your side, you could miss out on opportunities to save money by negotiating on items like repairs or getting closing costs covered. A seller agent will know if you aren’t working with a professional and may try to leverage that to the seller’s advantage.

If you are selling your home: An experienced realtor can share simple cosmetic upgrades that can greatly increase the value of your house, ensure legal disclosures are addressed, provide valuation reports to estimate your home's worth when ready to sell, help to navigate through contingencies and more.
